Interfaith Hospitality Network

For over two decades Grace United Methodist Church has volunteered with IHN to address issues of homelessness and poverty in Clark County. Before IHN established a permanent site in Springfield Grace Church was a site for housing homeless in our area. Before Covid Grace Church prepared and served meals at IHN five weeks per year. Usually IHN houses 45 individuals, currently over 300 homeless individuals are being housed in local hotels paid for by the State of Ohio. IHN hopes to be able to house homeless individuals again beginning in September 2022. When they resume housing Grace Church will resume cooking and serving meals. Currently Grace Church is collecting hygiene items for IHN.
